Construction Firm in Los Angeles is seeking full time Accountant Assistant / Office Admin Assistant.
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
- At least 2-3 Years of accounting/ book keeping experience
- Proficiency at Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
- Proficiency in English
Duties include:
- Daily book keeping and data entry
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Periodic Financial Reports and Statements
