- Perform daily teller functions; keeping records of money; providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing; resolving customer problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of Noah Bank products and services and perform teller functions professionally and accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of customers and provide services to meet customers’ needs.
- First point of contact assisting customers, both walk in and on the phone.

- Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

(b) Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Palisades Park / Fort Lee, NJ & Manhattan, NY
- Provide customer services in relation with branch operations
- First point of contact assisting customers and handle customer's inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of bank products, services and teller functions
Qualifications
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in teller and customer service (branch operations) required
- Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work on Saturday (bi-weekly)
(c) Compliance Assistant - Fort Lee, NJ
- Provide administrative support for back office operations
- Perform Bank compliance related tasks
Qualifications
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S.
- Minimum bachelor's degree required
- Previous banking experience not required
- Must have strong verbal/written (English & Korean) and organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be proficient in the use of computer systems including Microsoft Office
(d) Branch Manager - Manhattan, NY
- Achieve individual and company goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships
- Supervise the overall business activities and administration matters of the branch
- Lead and maintain a strong relationship with branch staff to ensure the delivery of professional customer service to all clients
Qualifications
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager position required
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
