1. Full Time Customer Care Representative

Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time opportunity to assist Customer Support Team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Basic customer service skills
- Responding to messages, emails, and phone calls
- Contacting customers based on needs
- Communicate with colleagues to improve the product launch process, efficiency, analytics, and overall performance

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic, yet friendly environment

*Experience is a plus/No experience needed: TRAINING AVAILABLE*


Educational Requirement
- Recent college graduate or equivalent


Hours
Full Time: Monday- Friday  8:30AM – 5:30PM
