1)      Job Title: Accounting Manager

·         회계/금융 전공자 선호

·         Job Duties:

i.         Responsible for overseeing a team of Accountants in the month end close

ii.        Lead the budgeting/forecasting

iii.       Review plant expenses, accurate inventory costing, review of manufacturing order reports for costing

            and investigate variances

iv.       Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs

           to actual production costs

v.        Maintaining standards

2)      Job Title: Production Manager

·         Job Duties:

  i.       Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities,

           and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan department operations.

 ii.       Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

 iii.      Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production

           and quality of products meets specifications.

 iv.      Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing,

           and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

 v.       Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.

 vi.      Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance

           with standards.

 vii.     Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
