Full-time E-commerce PRE-PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE at Women's Apparel Company in Cerritos, CA.

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:30 – 5:30 (Lunch provided)

 

Positions are Available 

1. Customer Service Representative

2. Warehouse Staff

3. Pre-production Associate

4. Associate Designer

5. Admin Assistant​ 

 

1. Customer Service Representative ​ 

Job Duties:

- responding to and assisting customers via email and messages

- handling of all phone calls from customers

- sorting returns and issuing refunds

- Shipping handling

​ 

Qualifications:

- Strong project management skills

- Fluent in English & Korean

- Well organized

- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

- Must be able to legally work in the US

 

 

2. Warehouse Staff​ 

자격조건

- 취업에 합법적인 신분

- 여 창고 직원을 구합니다.

- 30 파운드 정도 무게의 박스를 드는 데 불편함이 없는 신체 건강하신 분.

​ 

담당업무

- 오더 픽업, 팩킹 및 전반적인 창고 정리

 

 

3. Pre-production Associate​ 

Qualifications:

- Company order follow up

- Basic grading spec management

- Fit comment experience

- Ability multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual

- Knowledge of MS office and great communication skills

- Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred

- Must work legal status

 

 

4. Associate Designer ​ 

Job Duties & Qualifications:

- Fashion design degree required 

- 3 years of experience in oversea line design

- Research and identify competitive trends in the market

- Work with design team to create key looks

- Attend fitting of prototypes with design team, initiating and documenting corrections to proportion and fit 

- Must have knowledge of cut se knits and woven.

- Follow up and communicate with domestic/overseas

- Factories on status of order of samples

 

 

5. Admin Assistant

Job Duties:

- Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

- Drafts reports and correspondence.

- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.

- Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.

- Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.

- Handles administrative tasks for faculty searches and staff recruiting.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Handle multiple projects.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Korean)

- Must know how to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities

- Help supervisor to manage payrolls for employees

- Complete other administrative tasks are given by the supervisor in a timely manner

- Must be eligible to work in the US

 

 

5. E- Commerce Sales Manager 

Requirements:

- ​At least 3 years' experience in the apparel industry.

- ​Must have experience in FashionGo, Orange Shine, and LA Showroom.

- ​Processing web orders and follow-up with customers.

- ​Excellent social media strategies, advertisement, and email marketing.

​Be able to Upload photos to an online website.
