We are seeking an intermodal (Dryage) Trucking Dispatcher.

Must with experience minimum 2-3 year currently as an intermodal/drayage dispatcher in trucking.

Capability to make a good judgement call on issues to be resolved or escalated to above.

**The intermodal dispatcher will work directly with the Operations department to strive for customer and driver satisfaction.

**Dispatcher will be directly accountable for the on time service and successful delivery of customer freight.

**Monitoring service failures and equipment management is a critical part of this role.

**A great dispatcher is able to efficiently manage and position drivers for with minimal supervision while maintaining a culture of safety and responsibility throughout their driver team.

**On time service

**Cost management by effective EQ utilization and termination in time

**Retention of Drivers and managing relationship

**Communication with Customer Service Team members to ensure proactive update

**Must have experience of minimum 2-3 years currently

**Other tasks as needed
